That Made Me Trans – Episode 1: Jem and the Holograms
Yesterday I recorded, edited and uploaded a pilot episode for a podcast with Alexis Sergio, where we are to discuss various media and how they impact, inform or reinforce our trans identity. The episode centred on IDW’s Jem and the Holograms comic book, which we’re both big fans of. There’s some points I forgot to mention and my audio wasn’t nearly as crisp as Alexis’ more professionally setup recording, but overall I relearned a good bit of my editing and was happy with how it turned out.
At the end of the podcast I plugged this site, and decided I needed to spruce it up a little. That, and get back to work. I’ve been chilling out this weekend since it was my birthday and all, but expect some interesting updates soon.
